The app icon appears to be for customers but when downloaded its actually only for representatives. The advertising in the App Store needs to be more clear so customers dont get frustrated. Theres one tiny line in the description that says "does not apply tithe US at this time." Would love to have a brochure app so I could shop on my phone.

Is nothing like the description.

The description and photos make it look like it is for customers as well. But when you download the app, it says it is the "Representative App." I still gave it 3 stars because my mom sells Avon, and I can let her know about it and she can use it. An update would be nice to make customers be able to browse the products and such.

Description is misleading. For representatives ONLY!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOURE A REPRESENTATIVE!!!

The current campaign is not listed or the Whats New brochure

Even one of the description pics shows a page to select "I have a rep" and "I need a rep." :(. Disappointing.

I downloaded this app because I thought it was for customers but once it downloaded it said that I had to be a representative, it would be nice if you could make this for customers too please. I need a rep, theres no reps in my area. Im thinking about becoming a rep.

App fools you into believing its to order products buts its for representatives only .....

Missing pics, and descriptions are cut off. Can order okay, check prices for 3 campaigns, BUT pics are blank. Like to show customers or myself the multi colors, styles...... Update or add the pictures/descriptions. I use it daily, but incomplete

Same here app gives you the impression that its for customers and it isnt. Give it less than 1 star

As a Rep, this app is not as functional as it could be. Every time the app is opened, I receive error messages, out of date account & campaign information, difficulty editing orders, etc. This app could be extremely useful if these things were corrected and we could track Deal of the Day orders. Would love if this app was as functional as the Rep login and services like the desktop version.

Every time I open the app it takes me to the Avon rep sign in. I want to place an order but the app wont let me.

I love the app, it has worked great for me, but there is on little thing I didnt like. I cant see the photos of the c22 book. I wish you would fix that so Me and My clients can see it. Ill appreciate it

As a rep, this app could be good for when Im on the go, but the functionality of it is horrible. I get an error report every time I open it. At first I could still do a few things, but can longer view anything within the app. When attempting to view, it says the app has encountered a problem. Im disappointed in this app, but would be willing to try again if the issues were fixed.
