Shows it has a customer login option in preview but in actuality it is only for representatives. I would expect more from a company of this size and visibility. Shame on AVON developers :(

This app is not for you shop or contact a representative. Its strictly for representatives. I was actually looking to buy product. AWFUL!!!! AWFUL!!! AWFUL!!!!

Im a rep and a lot of my customers cant use the app because it takes him to the rep log in

preview pictures show that this is also for customers not just reps, but after you download it wants an account number. Unhappy.

Great layout & content but it takes foreverrrrr to load.

This app is the slowest app ever. You cant pay your bill unless you have quick pay. I do not recommend this app!

All the things wrong with it: - Takes forever to load - Cant add new customers without an email address - Nowhere to appoint new prospects - Quick ordering on the go is too slow There is nothing about this app that I like better than the old one. I wish I could get the old one back!!

Very slow to start up, gets stuck! Very useless! I thought it was my phone till i saw the other reviews.

I downloaded the app and it automatically tries to log me in as a representative. Because I cant log in like that it wont work so its useless to me.

The app picture gives the impression that a customer can log in but only allows for representatives. Was looking forward to having an easy way to order Avon from my phone, but this isnt it.

Used to have this app on my Galaxy S5 and it worked great,very fast! Now I have the iPhone 6 and I keep wondering why it takes so long to load. Not sure why theres such a difference between each version but the Apple version is horrible. You will get impatient if youre in a hurry so be weary!

I deleted my old app like the instructions told me to, downloaded this one and it wont load! All it does is freeze and crash! I am one unhappy rep right now!!!

I downloaded the app but cant even login because it keeps crashing! Argh! Im reading everyones bad reviews now and Im wondering why havent you tried to fix it by now?!! Worthless!

This is a frustrating app! As Reps we need fast, quick and easy and this isnt it. It takes forever to load the info, keeps starting over! If you ever get in it isnt easy to navigate. I also dont need so many messages but its every RPS and deal of the day or nothing. I will continue to use the old app for orders on the go and log into my acct thru a browser for other stuff, much faster and easier! The one order I did try to enter with this app came thru for the wrong customer! Not sure how or why but not good. Hope this gets fixed, its a good idea. Oh and make the add cust feature like the old app - from iPhone contact. Use it all the time.

Downloaded the app a few days ago and it worked great til now when I need to place an order. Everything I click on I get an error message, very disappointing.

Need field for "Group" on new customer profile. Also, message number not going away after deleting all messages.

This app is not for customers, only representatives.
